We enjoy our Taekwondo school and the experiences. Everyone works hard to make it a wonderful program. I've loved what its done for Janna and myself.
Bowing to Mr. Hoffman as she receives her three stars.
Two of her instructors, Terry Thomas & Travis Shanelfelt.
Careful, don't drop her! Terry Thomas, Ben Hoffman and Janna (enjoying every moment of the attention)

During TKD class today I broke a few boards. I did it twice with a sliding side kick and twice with a palm smash. For those who have been doing this a while I'm sure that's no big deal. For me, I'm on top of the world. What a great feeling!!!!

Janna has completed her Tiger Cub training and is now a part of the Junior Taekwondo classes. She gets a special white belt (which she is showing off here). We so proud of her! She was a little worried that she'd miss her teachers - imagine her surprise to find they are helpers in her new classes too. Janna with Ms. Turcado and Mr. Thomas

On Monday Janna tested and received her blue belt in the Tiger Cubs program of Taekwondo. I decided to share some of the photos from that night.
